Returns/Refunds

All sales are final. Given the nature of the product (personal cosmetics, skincare and accessories) we cannot refund an item due to change of mind. We've endeavoured in every way possible to share the colours and the products correctly, however please note that technology can't translate colour the same way our eyes can, and that the physical product may be darker, or lighter than how it looks on the screen.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 5 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@duskbyadele.com and send your item to: PO Box 746 Croydon, Victoria AU 3136.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
